I’m Jill and I was 29 years old when I found myself alone in Austin desperate to make friends and find my way in a city I moved to on a whim. Adopting Lucca changed my life. It was about 6 months in when I realized that the things I desired as a 1st time dog owner didn’t exist. It took me another 6 seconds to realize I had an opportunity to change our lives and the lives of pet parents like us. Another 9 months after that, Work and Woof was born.

Work and Woof is the world’s 1st and only dog daycare, coworking and indoor play park combined concept. We’ve had 5 exceptionally challenging and rewarding years in business and during that time I found myself interested in championing others to build the dreams that for many only live in the notes app on their phone.
